Where finished work goes
Completed tasks move from your active list to Archive on the home page. The work itself stays in the directory and remains searchable — archiving is about your task list, not about the output.
The organiser
When a task finishes, its output is filed automatically: artefacts are put in sensible places and named sensibly, so the directory does not become a pile of untitled documents.
This is on by default and can be turned off per directory with Automatically organise completed tasks. With it off, output lands unfiled and you file it.
Re-filing
Anything filed in the wrong place can be moved. See Memory for bulk reorganisation.
