Results are working artefacts, not read-only reports. You can change them directly, and you can ask for a change instead.
Editing directly
Click in and edit. Sheets recalculate, boards rearrange, documents accept changes. Your edits are saved as a new version, so nothing is lost and you can see what changed.
Use Write mode for anything more than a small correction.
Asking for a change
For anything structural — different framing, a missing section, an approach you disagree with — describe what you want changed instead of doing it by hand. The work is redone with your steer, and stays consistent with everything around it.
A hand edit changes one artefact. Asking changes the reasoning, which is usually what you meant.
Edit proposals
Sometimes a change is proposed to you rather than applied: you are shown what would change and asked to accept or reject. This happens when a change would affect work you have already reviewed.
Versions
Every doc keeps its history and the latest version is what you see. Older versions stay readable. See Docs and versions.
