Attaching files
Attach files to a request and they are read as part of it — a spreadsheet of numbers, a deck you are responding to, a contract, a report.
Attachments belong to the task they were attached to. If a file holds facts you want the organisation to remember, put them in a doc in the directory rather than attaching the file each time.
Dictating
The microphone in the composer transcribes speech into the request box. Useful for long briefs — describing a problem out loud is often more complete than typing it, and length helps.
You can edit the transcription before sending.
Images
Images can be attached and are read. Screenshots of dashboards, whiteboard photographs and competitor pages all work.
