Writing a request
Describe the problem in plain language. Length helps more than phrasing — the system is not matching keywords, it is reading a brief.
Say what you want to know, what you already know, and what you would do with the answer. You do not need to specify a format.
The controls beneath the box
Directory
If you run more than one organisation or client, pick the right one before sending. Work is answered from that directory's model and written back into it, so sending to the wrong one both gives a worse answer and pollutes the model.
Drafts
A request you are not ready to send can be saved as a draft and picked up later.
Parallel tasks
More than one task can run at once, up to the limit on your plan. The home page shows what is running, and a count appears next to New in the sidebar.
