One schedule for the directory, as a Calendar or a Gantt chart. Both are views of the same data.
What is on it
Every task's Timeline and Calendar interfaces, merged. When a task produces a Timeline (phased work) or a Calendar (dated events), its rows are copied here once the task completes. Rows are grouped by the section the Timeline gave them, or by the task that produced them.
Project milestones with a date appear as diamonds: milestones a task planned, and milestones you added on the project by hand.
View-only
The timeline is a projection, not an editor. Rows are changed by re-running the task that produced them; a milestone's date is changed on its project; and the timeline follows.
This is deliberate: one place to see the schedule, one place to change each item.
Empty state
Both views render even when there is nothing scheduled, with a placeholder pinned to today, so the page is never a blank rectangle.
