Ad2Ship, at ad2ship.com, is not a pure carrier. It sells itself as a 360 degree D2C service: performance marketing, a storefront, social media management and a shipping layer over 22 or more couriers, bought together on a monthly retainer. The logistics half is a conventional aggregator: courier auto-allocation, branded tracking, WhatsApp and IVR buyer follow-ups, NDR workflows, RTO control, weight reconciliation and COD remittance at T plus 2. There is no public developer documentation, no API host, and the pricing model makes it clear this is a managed agency relationship rather than self-serve software. This page records what is verifiable and marks the rest honestly.
At a glance
What it is
A young Jaipur company. The domain ad2ship.com was registered on 2025-12-04 through GoDaddy, with a one year registration expiring 2026-12-04, so the business is about nine months old at the time of writing and its domain is due for renewal within three months. The founder named on the site is Mayank Kumar Pandey, with 14 years of stated D2C experience. Social presence is recent: the linked Facebook page identifier is a 2025 vintage profile.
The offer has four parts, of which one is logistics:
Couriers named explicitly on the homepage are Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, Ekart, DTDC and Shadowfax, against a claim of 22 or more. Coverage is quoted as 29,000 plus serviceable pincodes with an emphasis on tier 2 and tier 3 markets. Store integrations named are Shopify, WooCommerce and custom stores, with one-click connection and real-time order sync.
Logistics features stated on the D2C shipping page, read 2026-09-22: smart courier auto-allocation, a branded tracking portal, structured NDR workflows with automated WhatsApp, IVR and agent follow-ups, RTO management, a weight reconciliation tool that accepts uploaded product images as dispute evidence, unified COD remittance with wallet deductions at T plus 2 payouts, a unified profit and loss dashboard and unit economics tracking. The site advertises zero setup fee and no integration fee.
The commercial shape is the giveaway. Published pricing on 2026-09-22 is four retainer tiers, each a large base fee plus a monthly fee or 5 percent of delivered orders:
Those are agency retainers, not shipping rates. No per-shipment price is published anywhere. In the unified model Ad2Ship would be a source of shipments, returns and part of settlements, if it ever exposed one.
API access
None published. Checks on 2026-09-22:
The panel login page loads jQuery, jQuery Validate, Iconify and a notify plugin from the marketing domain. There is no single page application bundle to read, which means the panel is server rendered and its interface is HTML form posts rather than a JSON API. Requests for /api, /api/v1, /docs, /swagger and /api-docs on pro.ad2ship.com all return HTML 404 pages.
No SDK, Postman collection, GitHub presence or aggregator listing was found. Ad2Ship does not appear in the ClickPost carrier directory or in Unicommerce's integration list.
The route to anything machine-facing is the account manager. Given the retainer pricing, expect that conversation to be commercial first.
Ad2Ship sits between a seller and the couriers, and also runs that seller's advertising and storefront. That concentrates a great deal in one young vendor: ad account access, storefront control, shipment data and COD float. Whatever the integration route turns out to be, separate those concerns in the contract.
Authentication
Not published. The panel is an email and password login at pro.ad2ship.com/login with a seller password reset at /seller-forget. No API key, token endpoint, signature scheme, token lifetime or multi-account model is described anywhere, and there is no API host to exercise. Nothing can be written here as a code sample without inventing it.
Objects we can read
Nothing can be read programmatically. What follows is what exists in the panel, named from first-party marketing, so the right questions can be asked.
Orders
Synced in from Shopify, WooCommerce or a custom store, not owned by Ad2Ship. Read orders from the sales channel connector.
Order items
Not exposed.
Products and listings
Not applicable. Ad2Ship holds no catalogue. It does build and run a storefront for some clients, in which case the catalogue lives in that storefront.
Inventory
Not applicable.
Shipments and tracking
The core object. Courier auto-allocation at booking, order tracking described as visibility from order confirmation to final delivery, and a branded tracking portal for buyers. No endpoint, field names, status vocabulary or event shape is published. Sample response not published.
Returns and cancellations
RTO management is a named feature, framed as reducing avoidable returns rather than as a reverse pickup product. Whether Ad2Ship books reverse shipments at all is an open question.
NDR
Structured NDR workflows with automated WhatsApp, IVR and agent follow-up when a delivery fails. This is one of the better specified parts of the offer and implies an NDR object with a reason, a follow-up state and an outcome. None of it is documented.
Weight disputes
A weight reconciliation tool that accepts uploaded product images as evidence when the courier's measured weight differs from the declared weight. Commercially significant, and panel only.
Proof of delivery
Not mentioned anywhere in public material.
Payments and settlements
Unified COD remittance with wallet deductions, quoted at T plus 2 payouts on 2026-09-22. A unified profit and loss dashboard and unit economics tracking sit alongside it, which means Ad2Ship holds a per-order cost view combining advertising spend, shipping cost and RTO loss. That view would be genuinely valuable if it were readable. It is not.
Customers
Consignee name, address and phone travel on every shipment, and the WhatsApp and IVR follow-ups mean phone numbers are used actively. All PII. Nothing is exposed.
Locations
Pickup addresses are configured in the panel. Serviceability is quoted as 29,000 plus pincodes with no lookup tool published.
Writing back: listings, price and stock
Not applicable, this is a carrier and aggregator. There is no channel catalogue, no price and no stock for Ad2Ship to update.
The write path is the shipment lifecycle: create the shipment against an auto-allocated courier, print the label, hand over, work the NDR, and take the COD remittance. All of it happens in the panel through form posts. No endpoint, request body or batch size is published, so nothing more specific can be stated.
Webhooks and notifications
No seller-facing webhook is published. The notifications Ad2Ship advertises are buyer-facing: branded WhatsApp tracking updates, IVR calls on a failed delivery, and a branded tracking portal. Those help the buyer, not a data pipeline.
If an interface is ever granted, ask for push of status changes and NDR events. Failing that, assume polling. For an aggregator of this size, every 30 to 60 minutes for shipments in transit and daily for remittance and weight disputes would be a sensible cadence, subject to whatever limit they state.
Rate limits and pagination
Not published. There is no interface to limit.
Mapping to the unified model
No field names exist to map. The table records the concepts so the right questions get asked if an interface appears.
Gaps and open questions
- Whether any machine interface exists at all is the first question. Nothing in public material suggests one, and the panel gives no sign of a JSON layer.
- The 22 plus courier claim names only six. The rest of the list matters for carrier attribution.
- Whether reverse pickup is offered, or only RTO management, is unclear.
- No per-shipment rate card is published. Only agency retainers are, so the actual shipping economics are invisible from outside.
- Proof of delivery is not mentioned anywhere.
- The company is nine months old and its domain is on a one year registration expiring 2026-12-04. Worth rechecking then.
- Recommendation: this entry is really a managed service, not a carrier connector. If it stays in the catalogue, expect any integration to be bespoke and negotiated, not documented.
