HubCrafter, which also styles itself HubCrafters, is an Indian reverse logistics service. It takes returns off D2C brands: RTO and RTV handling, quality check, seven-day storage, repackaging and resale within 24 hours. It is not a marketplace, sells nothing of its own, and has no sellers. It is also currently offline: hubcrafter.com returns Cloudflare error 1001, a DNS resolution failure at the edge, meaning the domain points at Cloudflare but no working origin sits behind it. Everything below comes from an archived March 2025 snapshot, and no API was ever published.
At a glance
What it is
From its own archived copy: "HubCrafter, a revolutionary platform dedicated to simplifying the returns process for D2C brands and their customers", and "your trusted partner in navigating the intricate world of Return to Origin (RTO) and Return to Vendor (RTV)".
Its published service list was:
Its market sizing pitch quoted the India e-commerce market at "USD 112.93 billion in 2024" reaching "USD 299.01 billion by 2029" at 21.5 percent CAGR, and argued that at a 20 percent return rate "$22 billion worth products will return at some stage".
The site's navigation was Home, About, Services, Blog, Pricing, Contact and Get Started, and it carried visible template placeholders such as "Drop Down 1", "Deep Drop Down 2" left unedited in the menu. It is a small company's brochure site, not a product with documentation behind it.
HubCrafter belongs next to a 3PL or a reverse logistics provider in your model, not next to a marketplace. The object it touches is returns, and possibly inventory for the resale stock it holds on your behalf. It never touches orders, listings or settlements. Classifying it as a sales channel will produce a connector with nothing to connect.
API access
None published, then or now. The archived site's only statement about technology was a marketing line: "Hubcrafters ensures a smooth transition by seamlessly integrating our technology into your existing systems. Our team works closely with yours". No endpoint, no format, no file specification and no portal is named anywhere on it.
Current state, checked on 2026-09-22:
hubcrafter.comandwww.hubcrafter.comboth resolve to103.169.142.0and both return HTTP 409 Conflict with the plain text bodyerror code: 1001fromServer: cloudflare. Cloudflare's 1001 is a DNS resolution error at the edge: the zone is on Cloudflare but the origin cannot be resolved. The site is down, not merely blocking bots.- HTTPS fails entirely with a TLS handshake failure, alert number 40, so no certificate is being served either.
hubcrafter.in,hubcrafter.co.in,hubcrafter.shop,hubcrafter.store,hubcrafter.ioandthehubcrafter.comdo not resolve.- HubCrafter appears in neither EasyEcom's public knowledge base nor Unicommerce's integrations directory. It is also absent from ClickPost's carrier list, which is where an Indian reverse logistics provider of any scale would normally appear.

Objects we can read
None. There is no portal login published, no export format and no report specification.
If a relationship existed, the objects in play would be:
Nothing about the format of any of these is published, so none can be mapped.
Writing back: listings, price and stock
Not applicable. HubCrafter holds no listings and sets no prices on your behalf in any published sense, though the "strategic pricing and resale strategies" language implies it may resell recovered stock itself. What that means commercially, and who owns the goods at the point of resale, is exactly the question to settle in a contract and is not answerable from public sources.
Webhooks and notifications
None published. If an integration were built, the useful events would be return received, quality check complete and disposition decided, but nothing suggests these exist as pushed events.
Rate limits and pagination
Not applicable.
Mapping to the unified model
No schema exists, so no field-level mapping can be given honestly. The shape, for whenever this is revisited:
Gaps and open questions
- Whether HubCrafter still trades. The domain has been returning a Cloudflare DNS error. A small services company whose only site is down for weeks may have wound up. This is the first thing to check.
- What "seamlessly integrating our technology into your existing systems" actually meant. Most likely a shared spreadsheet or a portal login rather than an API, given the size of the operation, but nothing confirms it.
- Whether HubCrafter resells recovered goods on marketplaces under its own account. If so, it is a channel in a different and more complicated sense, and the ownership of goods at resale becomes a contractual question.
- Facility footprint. "Same city" implies at least a few hubs. None are named.
- Pricing. The site had a Pricing page in its navigation; the archived snapshot does not show its contents.
- Why it is in the channel catalogue. A returns processor is a supplier of services, not a sales channel. Worth confirming with whoever added the entry.
