Zivame

Zivame is an Indian intimatewear platform with no public seller API: it appears in Unicommerce only as a request-based channel, and its own site is Cloudflare-blocked.

Zivame is India's best-known online intimatewear destination, selling bras, lingerie, shapewear, activewear, sleepwear and related categories through its own site, app and a network of physical stores. It began as a pure D2C brand and has grown into a category platform that also carries third-party labels alongside its own. For a brand in the intimatewear or loungewear space, Zivame is a meaningful channel but a hard one to integrate: there is no developer portal, no published seller API, and the one order management system that lists Zivame at all offers it only on request rather than as a built connector.

At a glance

What it is

Zivame sells intimatewear and adjacent apparel categories to Indian consumers, with fit guidance and size discovery as its main differentiators, and it operates both online and through owned stores. Its assortment mixes its own label with third-party brands, which is what creates a seller relationship at all: a lingerie or loungewear brand can be carried on Zivame in much the same way it would be carried on a category specialist like Nykaa Fashion.

Zivame's own site describes itself in its meta content as a shopping destination for "Bra, Activewear, Sleepwear, Panties & More", which is the description Unicommerce reproduces in its integrations directory.

Warning

Everything in this page about Zivame's own systems is inference. zivame.com, www.zivame.com/about-us, vendor.zivame.com and partner.zivame.com all sat behind a Cloudflare interstitial and returned HTTP 403 or failed to connect on 2026-09-21. No first-party Zivame page could be read. Confidence is low and should stay low until someone with a seller account confirms what the panel offers.

API access

No public developer surface exists. What we can establish:

  • Zivame appears in Unicommerce's integrations directory among its niche and specialist channels, alongside Limeroad, Mirraw, Fynd and GlowRoad.
  • Unlike Blinkit, which has a full integration page at unicommerce.com/integrations/blinkit-integration/ describing how orders arrive, the Zivame entry carries only a logo, the site's own marketing description, and a "Request for Integration" button. unicommerce.com/integrations/zivame-integration/ returns HTTP 404.
  • EasyEcom's public knowledge base holds 328 articles, with dedicated guides for comparable Indian fashion channels including Myntra, Limeroad, Tata CLiQ, Nykaa Fashion, GoFynd and Voonik. There is no Zivame article.

The distinction between a built integration page and a "Request for Integration" button is the substance of this finding. It means Zivame is a channel Unicommerce is willing to build for a customer who asks, not one with a maintained connector sitting on the shelf. That in turn usually means a bespoke arrangement per seller: credentials supplied by Zivame's team, a mechanism agreed case by case, and no published contract.

No official SDK, Postman collection or public GitHub repository for a Zivame seller API was found.

Authentication

Not published. No token endpoint, header, key issuance process or signature scheme is documented by any source we could read. The realistic assumption, based on how comparable Indian specialist marketplaces work, is that a seller receives panel credentials from Zivame at onboarding and hands them to the OMS, which then uses whatever mechanism Zivame's team provides. That assumption is explicitly not verified, and no request or response sample can be shown without inventing one.

Multi-account handling is unknown. A brand operating under more than one GSTIN should expect one seller account per registration, as elsewhere in Indian commerce.

Objects we can read

Nothing is confirmed. Listing the objects below is a checklist for the partner conversation, not a description of an available API. For every one of them the endpoint, parameters, pagination model and sample response are not published.

  • Orders. Consumer orders placed on Zivame against the seller's listings. Expect the usual Indian marketplace shape: an order id, a state, a placed timestamp, prepaid or cod, and a masked or partial delivery address.
  • Order items. Lines carrying a Zivame item identifier and the seller's own SKU, with quantity, price and any platform discount split. In apparel and intimatewear the size and colour variant is the identity, so the line-level identifier matters more than the parent style.
  • Products and listings. Seller-owned in a marketplace model: style, size and colour variants, MRP, selling price, listing state. Intimatewear carries deep size grids, so a single style can be dozens of listings.
  • Inventory. Seller-declared stock per size and colour variant.
  • Shipments and tracking. Whether Zivame fulfils from its own warehouse or the seller ships is unknown and determines whether there is a shipment object at all.
  • Returns and cancellations. Returns rates in intimatewear are high because of fit, so this is a first-class object for anyone selling here, not an afterthought.
  • Payments and settlements. Commission, logistics and return charges deducted on a payout cycle. Undocumented.
  • Customers. Almost certainly masked, as on every Indian marketplace. Do not plan around having customer identity.
  • Locations. Seller pickup locations configured at onboarding.

Writing back: listings, price and stock

No documented write path. The manual route on a platform of this type is the seller panel: create the style, upload images, define the size and colour grid, set MRP and selling price, and maintain stock, with a bulk upload template for volume changes. Whether Zivame provides such a template, and in what format, is unknown.

If an OMS connector is commissioned through the "Request for Integration" route, price and stock write-back is the capability worth specifying in that request explicitly, because it is the one most often left out of a bespoke build and the one that matters most for keeping a deep size grid accurate.

Webhooks and notifications

Not published. Assume none and plan to poll, whether that polling is done by you against a granted API or by an OMS on your behalf. For a fashion channel with normal order volume, a fifteen minute poll for new orders and a nightly full reconciliation over a 48 hour window is a sensible default.

Rate limits and pagination

Not published. No numbers, headers or page sizes are available.

Mapping to the unified model

Provisional. Platform field names are unknown, so the right-hand column records what the field would have to contain rather than what it is called.

Gaps and open questions

  • Whether Zivame exposes any seller API at all, or whether every integration is a panel-credential arrangement.
  • What the Zivame seller panel is called and where it lives. No obvious subdomain resolves publicly.
  • Whether Zivame fulfils seller stock from its own warehouses or the seller ships direct, which changes the whole shipments and returns model.
  • Whether third-party brands on Zivame operate on a marketplace commission or on a vendor purchase-order basis. Both exist in Indian fashion and the public evidence does not distinguish them.
  • Zivame's ownership. Reliance Retail's acquisition of a majority stake has been widely reported, but no first-party page could be read to confirm it in this session, so it is recorded here as unverified rather than asserted above.
  • No first-party Zivame content could be read at all because of the Cloudflare block. Every statement about Zivame's own systems is inference from category norms.
