The listing names the brands it carries, which is the clearest signal of its role: Himalayan Organics, Yogabar, Carbamide Forte, Setu Nutrition, Wellbeing Nutrition, Centrum, HK Vitals, The Whole Truth, True Elements, Inlife, Herbal Max, Organic India, Sri Sri Tattva, Health Veda Organics, Wow Life Science and Zingavita.

So GetSupp is a retailer or a thin category marketplace in Indian health and wellness, competing with HealthKart, HyugaLife and Amazon in the supplements aisle. It is D2C in the sense that it sells direct to consumers, not in the sense that it gives a brand a storefront.

Evidence on current status

• https://getsupp.in/ and https://www.getsupp.in/ return HTTP 404 with a zero byte body. The TLS certificate presented does not match the hostname, so the origin is serving something else entirely.
• http://getsupp.in/ returns a bare nginx 301.
• getsupp.in and getsupp.com both resolve to the same address, 65.0.57.69, an AWS Mumbai address. Neither serves a site.
• api.getsupp.in, app.getsupp.in, shop.getsupp.in and api.getsupp.com have no DNS records, so the app backend, whatever it was, is no longer addressable at any obvious name.
• getsupp.co is a parked domain that redirects to a /lander page. It is not the company.
• The Internet Archive holds exactly one capture of getsupp.in, from 29 June 2022, and that capture has an empty body with only an og:title of "getsupp" and a logo hosted on S3. There is no archived version of the site with readable content.

API access

None. There is no developer site, no partner page, no documentation and no public repository. The app necessarily talked to a backend, but no host for it resolves, nothing about it was ever published, and reverse engineering a dead app's private endpoints would give you a contract with nobody on the other end.

Correct or retire the entry. Two things are wrong with it as it stands:

1. Wrong category. GetSupp is a retail app in health and nutrition, not a D2C store builder or a cart platform. If it is kept at all, it belongs alongside HealthKart and HyugaLife.
2. Probably not trading. The website is down, the backend hosts are gone, and the app has not shipped an update in over twenty months. Confirm before spending any more time on it.

Gaps and open questions

• Whether the company is still operating. No shutdown announcement, no press statement and no company page is reachable.
• Whether GetSupp bought stock outright or operated a marketplace with third party sellers. The Play Store copy reads as a first-party retailer, but it is marketing copy.
• Whether brands received any reporting, and in what format. Unknown, and only answerable by asking a brand that sold through it.
• What the app backend was, and whether any part of it is still serving the installed base.
